A powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.5 has struck northern India, causing widespread damage and prompting panic across the region. The epicenter was located in the Indus Valley region, around 200 kilometers from Delhi. Dozens of buildings have collapsed, and reports are coming in of casualties.
